Service Description

This appointment is our opportunity to go through a thorough treatment consultation. We will discuss medical history, allergies, medications, we will take measurements, weight & discuss client goals. All services provided by Elite Silhouettes are non-invasive treatments and do need to be followed by a regular diet and exercise to assist with maintaining results. Consent forms required. No pacemakers or metal plates in the body. Breast feeding and pregnant women cannot receive this service. If you suffer from epilepsy or any auto immune disease you cannot receive this service. Please make sure to book your desired service with your consultation. The $30 Non refundable deposit will go towards your future service.

Cancellation Policy

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: More than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling. CANCELLATION POLICY: Life happens, if you must reschedule please do so within 12 hours of your appointment time. Not doing so will incur a fee of $25 at your following appointment. NO SHOW: "Non-communucated cancellations" will result in a fee of $35, due BEFORE you're allowed to reschedule. Habitual disregard will result in being removed from the roster to make room for more respectful clients.
