Service Description

Relaxer is applied to the roots and shaft of the hair; to rearrange the natural curl pattern of the hair to make it smooth.

Cancellation Policy

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: More than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling. CANCELLATION POLICY: Life happens, if you must reschedule please do so within 12 hours of your appointment time. Not doing so will incur a fee of $25 at your following appointment. NO SHOW: "Non-communucated cancellations" will result in a fee of $35, due BEFORE you're allowed to reschedule. Habitual disregard will result in being removed from the roster to make room for more respectful clients.
